A little late presents report
For this year’s birthday I got some really great presents. I thought I could make you a little jealous …
Nikon Coolpix P80

I got this from my dad and it is, of course, the most amazing gift of them all, though everything I got this year was really great. Hopefully with this kind of camera I can really learn to make good photographs.
Books
Call me by your name by Andre Aciman from Maruša): Yay, gay romance!
Life of Pi by Yann Martel (from Sara): This book’s been on my to-read list for far too long. Now I have it at home and I can make no more excuses.
The mysterious flame of queen Loanaby Umberto Eco (from Nina): Though I’ve heard that Umberto Eco is a genius about a million times, I have yet to read one of his books. This book will be a great start and The Name of the Rose is the next one on my list.
The House at Pooh Corner by A. A. Milne (from Vita): One is never too old for a fairytale. =)

T-shirts
A “It’s not Lupus” t-shirt (from Maruša): This t-shirt is fucking amazing. Did I mention it’s also unique? Printed especially for me.

A pink t-shirt (from Živa): I was really happy to get this one too, it’s just great.

Japanese stuff
A card written in Japanese and an swan from paper (origami) (from Živa, who doesn’t actually speak Japanese!): This could also be under the heartwarming section. It was just so nice to get it.
Chopstick and a japanese notebook (from Maja): The same here. I was so happy to get this.
Heartwarming stuff
A silver necklace and an air-cleaning flower (from my mother and my brother): Their love really shone from the present. The present that is given to you buy someone you love is always the best one.
A drawing of Ennis Del Mar (from Nina): Yay! It’s now on my wall, right next to the Jack Twist drawing. =P
A hand-made ladybird for luck (from Maja): It’s on my pencil case now, helping me with tests. =)
A “House’s alter ego” stickers set (from Vita): It’s House, but he’s blond, so it’s his alter ego. Or so Vita explained it. =P

A 2009 calendar with some really great illustrations (from Sara)
